Lombok Open Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Kuta Mandalika & Sasak Tour (L & D)
09.30 Meeting point at Lombok International Airport
10.00 Participants go to Sukara Village
10.15 Arrive at Sukarara Village Lombok, see the process of making woven cloth and take pictures using traditional Lombok clothes. Here you can also buy local people’s weaving work
11.15 Heading to Sade Village
11.30 Arrive at Sade Traditional Village, see the local culture, especially the traditional house of the Sasak tribe. Here you will be guided by a local guide who will tell you many things about the Sade Traditional Village
12.30 Participants go to the Kuta Mandalika Lombok area
13.00 Arrive at Kuta Mandalika area, have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area with an archipelago menu
14.00 Head to Kuta Mandalika Beach, Lombok and enjoy its natural charm and take pictures
15.00 Head to Tanjung Aan Beach, enjoy the natural atmosphere and take pictures
16.00 Head to Merese Hill, about 5 minutes soft trekking and see the stretch of Kuta Mandalika Lombok area with its beautiful hills and blue sea water
18.00 Head to Mataram City
19.30 Arrive in Mataram City, special dinner with Taliwang Grilled Chicken menu
20.30 After dinner, participants will be escorted to the hotel, check in and rest
Day 2: Snorkeling Trip Gili Trawangan (L & D)
08.00 After breakfast at the hotel, participants are picked up and together continue the journey to Gili Trawangan
08.30 Stop at the Villa Hantu photo spot for a moment to take pictures
09.00 Stop at the Malimbu Hill photo spot for a moment to take pictures and enjoy its natural beauty
09.30 Arriving at Teluk Nare Pier, the journey continues by using a Glass Bottom Boat
10.00 Arrive at Gili Air snorkeling spot, swim with a crowd of fish. If lucky, participants can see turtles in this area
11.00 Change to snorkeling location in Gili Meno waters, see the famous Gili Meno underwater statue. Also instagramable underwater photo spots
12.00 Head to Gili Trawangan, lunch at one of the Gili Trawangan beachside restaurants with a typical Indonesian menu. You can also rinse before starting lunch
14.00 After lunch free program, participants can go around Gili Trawangan by renting their own bicycle and enjoy the natural beauty of Gili Trawangan
16.00 Return to Teluk Nare Harbor by Glass Bottom Boat
16.30 Arrive at Teluk Nare Harbor, your transfer is waiting for your return journey
17.00 On the way to the dinner location, we will invite you to shop for typical Lombok souvenirs
19.30 Dinner at one of the restaurants in Mataram City with a typical Lombok menu
20.30 Back to hotel and rest
Day 3: Transfer Out
08.00 After breakfast, free program at the hotel until the pick-up time arrives
10.00 Pick up to Lombok International Airport. Participants are required to book a return flight after 13.00 WITA.

Term & Conditions
- The applicable price will adjust according to the number of participants who register. The more participants, the cheaper the price per person will be.
- The price listed in the open trip package does not include additional costs that may arise during the open trip, such as personal expenses and meals or drinks outside the schedule.
- Registration of participants is done by paying a down payment of IDR 1.000,000 and the rest must be paid a maximum of 1 day before the open trip takes place.
- Each participant who registers will be included in the whatsapp group to facilitate communication between The Langkah Travel Team and Lombok open trip participants.
- Participants who have not paid a down payment are considered to have not registered and have not been included in the WhatsApp group.
- The DP that has been transferred by the participant will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs at the participant’s own will.
- Participants who cancel the open trip are allowed to find a replacement on the condition that the replacement participant is searched for by the canceled participant.
- If the cancellation occurs because of the Force Majore or because it is canceled by us, we will refund 100% of the participant’s DP.
- Prospective participants are deemed to understand and agree to all of the above requirements.
Payment Method
Payment is made by sending a down payment IDR 1.000.000 and the rest must be settled no later than 1 (one) day before the open trip program.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price
- Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the event, the deposit is non-refundable
- No-show on the day of the event, with or without prior cancellation, the money is non-refundable
- The guide reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule/itinerary in case of force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond the control of the field crew that could endanger participants or crew)
- Changes or cancellations of the schedule/itinerary due to force majeure are non-refundable
