- Especially for the Whale Shark destination, we cannot defy the will of nature, therefore if upon arrival at the location you are unlucky enough not to see the Whale Sharks, we will refund your payment of IDR 250,000 per person
Sumbawa Open Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Lombok – Kenawa Island (L & D)
09.00 Meeting Point at Lombok International Airport then head to the Port Kayangan, East Lombok
11.00 Arrive at Kayangan Harbor, the journey continues by ferry to Poto Tano Port, Sumbawa
13.00 Arrive at Poto Tano Village, have lunch at a simple eatery in Poto Tano Village, then cross using a wooden boat to Kenawa Island
13.30 Arrive at Kenawa Island and enjoy the natural panorama of Kenawa Island and snorkeling
16.00 Return to Poto Tano Port then head to Sumbawa Besar City
18.00 Arrive at Sumbawa Besar City, have dinner then go to the hotel and rest
Day 2: Moyo Island Tour & Mata Jitu Waterfall (L & D)
08.00 After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and then head to Goa Dock
08.30 From Goa Dock to Poto Jarum Beach, Moyo Island, using a fast boat
09.00 Arrive at Poto Jarum Beach, enjoy the view and snorkeling
10.30 Head to Takat Sagele
10.45 Arrive at Takat Sagele, snorkeling and enjoy the underwater view
12.00 Head to Labuan Aji Village, Moyo Island
12.30 Arrive at Labuan Aji Village and enjoy lunch
14.00 Head to Mata Jitu Waterfall and Lady Diana Pool by motorcycle
14.30 Arrive at Mata Jitu Waterfall, bathe and enjoy its natural beauty
16.30 Return to Labuan Aji Village, rinse off and prepare to return to the city
18.00 Arrive at Sumbawa Besar City, you will be escorted for dinner then go to the hotel and rest
Day 3: Whale Shark Tour Of Saleh Bay (B, L & D)
01.30 Early morning we will pick you up at the hotel to Labuan Jambu Village
03.30 Arrive at Labuan Jambu Village then take a local community boat to Bagang Boat around Saleh Bay Waters
05.30 Arrive at Saleh Bay Area, waiting while looking for Bagang where there is a Whale Shark. If it is found, our boat will be propped up on Bagang where there is a Whale Shark
06.00 Snorkeling with Whale Sharks. Breakfast will be served on the Bagang/Boat
08.00 Return to Labuan Jambu Village
10.00 Arrive at Labuan Jambu Village, take a short break before continuing the road trip back to Sumbawa Besar City
12.30 Arrive at Sumbawa Besar City then have lunch
13.30 The journey continues back to Poto Tano Port
15.30 Arrive at Poto Tano Port, cross using a ferry to Lombok
18.30 Arrive at Kayangan Port, East Lombok, head to Mataram City
20.30 Arrive in Mataram City, have dinner then go to the hotel and rest
Day 4: Transfer Out
On this fourth day, you will be picked up in your hotel at 08.30 am. We will escort you to Lombok International Airport (LOP). The program is complete.

Term & Conditions
- The price listed in the open trip package does not include additional costs that may arise during the open trip, such as personal expenses and meals or drinks outside the schedule.
- If the number of participants is odd, the last registrant will occupy one room alone with an additional cost of IDR 750,000.
- Participant registration is done by paying a down payment of IDR 2,000,000 and the rest must be settled no later than 1 (one) day before the open trip.
- Each participant who registers will be included in the whatsapp group to facilitate communication between The Langkah Travel Team and Sumbawa open trip participants.
- Participants who have not paid a down payment are considered to have not registered and have not been included in the WhatsApp group.
- The DP that has been transferred by the participant will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs at the will of the participant himself.
- Participants who cancel the open trip are allowed to find a replacement on the condition that the replacement participant is searched for by the canceled participant.
- If the cancellation occurs due to Force Majeure or because it is canceled by us, we will refund 100% of the participant’s DP.
- Prospective participants are deemed to understand and agree to all of the above requirements.
Payment Method
Payment is made by sending a down payment IDR 2.000.000 and the rest must be settled no later than 1 (one) day before the open trip program.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price
- Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the event, the deposit is non-refundable
- No-show on the day of the event, with or without prior cancellation, the money is non-refundable
- The guide reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule/itinerary in case of force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond the control of the field crew that could endanger participants or crew)
- Changes or cancellations of the schedule/itinerary due to force majeure are non-refundable
