Semua program mengantar-jemput di hotel kawasan Kota Mataram atau Senggigi, dengan jam jemput mengikuti jarak rute — lihat tabel di atas. Kendaraan menyesuaikan rombongan: Avanza untuk 1–4 orang, Innova untuk 5–6, dan Hiace untuk 7–15 orang; di atas 15 orang silakan hubungi kami dulu.

Semua paket sudah termasuk satu kali makan siang dan air mineral, dan sebagian besar juga mencakup tiket masuk kawasan wisata — rincian lengkap ada di daftar fasilitas tiap paket. Paket berbasis laut menambahkan boat penyeberangan dan perlengkapan snorkeling. Makan malam belum termasuk, tapi guide kami akan merekomendasikan tempat makan yang sesuai selera dan mengantar Anda ke sana sebelum kembali ke hotel. Anak sampai usia 3 tahun gratis, booking cukup DP 30% dengan sisa dibayar di hari pertama tour, dan tarif paket ini berlaku untuk wisatawan domestik.

We never had to worry about the logistics and could simply enjoy our honeymoon. A special mention has to go to our guide, Mizan, who was absolutely amazing. He was with us throughout the trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every moment. He was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. It honestly felt less like having a guide and more like having a friend looking after us throughout our honeymoon. Mizan was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Langkah Travel did a fantastic job putting everything together. From relaxing at the resorts to the adventure activities, beautiful beaches, snorkeling, jet skiing, and exploring Lombok, there was a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. The organization, communication, transportation, accommodation, activities, and overall service were excellent. Everything felt well thought out and personalized for us. Everything perfect We are a family with 2 children age 5 and 8. We spent 6 days with langkah travel, our driver was Firmann, he has been more than a driver, we spent time with him and he was so kind with us, also with our children. Escursione straordinaria tra le Secret Gili. Il driver (Marcello) ci ha accompagnati per tutto il percorso dimostrandosi molto gentile e premuroso come anche il 'boss' della barca che ci ha supportato durante lo snorkeling. First time book vacation to Lombok-Gili Trawangan-Gili Meno-Gili Air with Langkah Travel and it has been pleasant experience for me and my husband! Pa Murad is a soft spoken tour guide who always on time to pick us up, listening to what we want to do and where we want to go and can suggest on the spot. The snorkeling handling also great, when my husband experiences nausea. I have so much fun with snorkeling in Gili. The food also great, fresh made and there are always abundant proteins to eat. Pa Murad also great with chasing sunsets, we had multiple sunsets in our time there. I will definitely be back to Gili and will book Langkah Travel next time soon. Amazing experience! We did the 5D 4N Lombok tour and it was an amazing experience! The communication beforehand with Langkah Travel went great, so we felt prepared. During the tour we had the best guide ever, Ado, every day he made sure that we were happy. He asked about things we like and he changed the itinerary when needed. Ado really showed us the local culture of Lombok, which we really enjoyed. Without him, our experience would not have been the same. Bring your toddler snorkeling in the sea with LangkahTravel We took 2 days private trip with my family and it feels like the best choice because we can arrange the trip (with guidance from the langkah travel) because it is our first time in Lombok and we really don't know a place to go to, but going Gili Trawangan by the boat with team who know how to handle our children (3 and 5 years old) makes snorkeling very fun and easy.. I was searching for a tour package and saw reviews about The Langkah Travel. From the time I was inquiring,they have been very responsive and detailed.  We chose the Gili Tour Package. During our trip, our guide/driver, Mas Muzin, who  was friendly and skilled in taking photos and videos too. He would share information and trivia about the places we will visit. He is cheerful and speaks good English👏 I specifically like how they really took care of us during our travel. It was my first time to do snorkeling, and their snorkeling guide assisted me all and my friends well. They also used excellent go pro for photo documentations. Another good thing with The Langkah Travel is that thr package already includes lunch in the island. We also had a fun time going around Gili Trawangan in bicycles. We really enjoyed our Gili Tour! Our family chose The Langkah Travel for our first trip to Lombok and we are glad to have Brother Esco as our driver for our whole trip. He has been very helpful, genuine, and informative throughout our trip. He provides us with a lot of insights into life in Lombok and even brought us to the different locations that Lombok has to offer. Super Gili Secrets Day in Lombok We were taken care of from A to Z by Langkah Travel for our day at Gili secret! It was wonderful. Isco our guide and driver for the day took care of us very well, he was very attentive and considerate. He told us about his Lombok Island and these traditions. The landscapes are beautiful. Snorkelling was amazing and the photographer really has talent for taking the best views! We loved it and will take over this company if we come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Private Day Trip to Pink Beach We booked a one-day private tour to Pink Beach and the nearby islands, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Lombok.The day started with pickup from our hotel and a scenic drive to the harbor. From there, we had a private boat and visited several stunning spots, each with breathtaking views.Our guide/driver, Dany, was very friendly, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. The snorkeling equipment and boat were well prepared, and lunch was simple but tasty.We brought along our baby and young child, and they both enjoyed the trip plus the calm boat ride, the beaches, and the relaxed pace made it family-friendly.The Pink Beach itself was beautiful and the sand has a soft blush tone, especially when the sunlight hits at the right angle. It may not be “bright pink” like on Instagram filters, but it felt authentic, peaceful, and wonderfully uncrowded.Overall, this trip gave us the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. So far seru perjalanan dgn the langkah, hanya saja guide yg seharusnya sejak awal menemani harus di replace dengan yg lain. Mungkin utk backup guidenya perlu belajar lagi mengenai komunikasi dgn pelanggan agar perjalanan seru & tidak boring. Untuk guide utama pak hendra banyak memberikan informasi, seru & sangat komunikatif. Saran: adanya CS atau admin agar dpt merespon pelanggan dgn cepat, selain itu bisa memberikan feedback & informasi atau gambaran perjalan trutama utk pelanggan yg belum pernah ke lombok. Misal: saat di gili trawangan diberi info kalau hotel jauh dr dermaga harus naik cidomo & ongkosnya sekian rupiah. Letak hotel di senggigi yg di sisi sea view ygv mana saja. The langkah tour is really amazing. Me and my friends were like princesses with many guides that make sure we have the best time! Mr.Hendra and Mr.Salman gave the best service and very detailed info on each places we visited.  Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday! The only downside is that we don't experience cycling on gili trawangan. We had a great time with this tour to the "secret" Gili Islands. Booking online was extremely simple and straight forward. We booked a trip for the next day. After booking, our driver for the day (Hendra) contacted us to introduce himsolf and to confirm the pick up time and location. Next day at 08.00 Hendra was waiting for us to drive us to the boat, approx 1.5 hours away. During the trip to the boat Hendra was happy to tell us many things about Lombok life and pointed out any points of interest during the journey. We arrived at the beach location to be introduced to our boatmen (Muhamed and Suhardi). We were told by Hendra that Langkah Travel have there preferred boatmen and these were the best. He was not wrong. We set off for our first island. Hendra came along to take care of our bag and personal belongings during the trip so we did not have to be concerned about that during the day. Hendra also took photos during the day for us which was a bonus. Arriving at the first island Muhamed joined us for snorkelling. Muhamed was happy to use our Gopro and took recordings during the snorkelling. Off to the second island for some lunch. The boat was always expertly handled by Suhardi. Lunch was grilled fish and side dishes made to the level of spiceness you prefer. Off to the third island and some relaxing time to discover this small island. We were again helped with videos and photos. The trip back to the mainland was taken on the seats on the top of the boat. Our boatmen were fantastic the whole time. Definitely recommend. Hendra drove us back to our stay location. We stopped off for some dinner on the way and isisted Hendra join us. His knowledge of the area made choosing food very easy. We were treated extremely well during the day and would also like to thank Arie for helping during the booking process. Wir haben einen privaten Trip (3 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) auf die Secret Gilis gebucht. Der Trip war rundum perfekt organisiert! Wir konnten das Tempo selber bestimmen und entschieden wie lange wir auf den Gilis verweilen möchten. Der Schnorchelguide hat uns schöne Stellen gezeigt und wir sahen eine tolle Unterwasserwelt. Das Mittagessen war an einem wunderschönen Ort und unglaublich fein! Als Vegis bekamen wir ein vegetarisches Essen serviert. Das ganze Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Great Lombok experience as first timers We really enjoyed our time in Lombok with Langkah Travel. They planned a great itinerary with our requested locations in mind. Communication was always smooth with no issues. Our drivers Hendra and Murat were very friendly and accommodating. Due to the rainy season in Dec, we had to change our plans on some days but Hendra was always ready with alternative suggestions that were equally enjoyable. One of the best travel and tour guides in Lombok I've visited Lombok twice and used different travel agencies, and so far, this one is the best.The itinerary is well-written and detailed, giving us full details of our trip. The price is also comparable with the tour they gave. The tour guide, Mr. Hendra, and his team are very informative and helpful. The snorkeling crew even taught us how to dive properly. They assisted and gave us insight into Lombok tourism spots and destinations that we had never heard of before. Secret gilis The day trip to Secret Gilis was truly exceptional. Our guide Nathan picked us up at the hotel, took care of transportation, water, lunch, and a tour of three islands with a private boat. On the first island, we had guided snorkeling among beautiful corals and fish, followed by lunch on the second island, and relaxation on the smallest third island. Genial A very full day. It was a shame that at the first stop there was a lot of jellyfish and we could hardly snorkel, but nature is what it has. We could see the statues of Gili Meno, swim with turtles and take a bike ride through Gili Trawangan.
