Location and How to Get to Ai Lemak Beach
Ai Lemak Beach is located in Tanjung Menangis, Sumbawa. Thanks to the SAMOTA Bridge (connecting Saleh Bay, Moyo Island, and Mount Tambora), reaching the beach is now easier than ever. It’s about a 30-minute drive from Sumbawa Besar City by motorbike or car.
Directions:
- From the SAMOTA Bridge, continue driving for about 15-20 minutes until you see a small sign pointing to Ai Lemak Beach on the left side of the road.
- The sign can be hard to spot as it’s hidden among cornfields, so keep a sharp eye out.
- After turning at the sign, follow the dirt road until you reach the beach. Although part of the road is off-road, the access is still manageable and relatively quick.
